Not sure which size you have?
Look at the data tag on the side or back of your generator (usually a metal or sticker plate near the bottom of the enclosure). The kW rating is listed near the top — something like "22 kW" or "28 kW". Match that to one of the three categories.

Generator Model

Your generator's model number is on the data tag — usually the same metal/sticker plate where the kW rating is. For Generac units it looks like G007034-1 or similar. If you can't find it, pick "Other / Not Sure" and we'll grab it when we come out.

Also on the data tag, usually right below the model number. It's typically a long string of numbers like 3001234567. We use this to pull up your unit's warranty and service history.

5Review & Subscribe

Recurring Billing & Service Authorization. By signing below, customer authorizes Bates Electric, Inc. to charge the credit card on file for the selected maintenance plan total at signup and on each annual anniversary thereafter. Customer also authorizes Bates Electric to perform and bill for any pre-authorized add-on services (above) when those services are actually performed. Plans renew automatically at the same rate unless cancelled in writing with 30 days' notice.

Hold Harmless. Customer holds Bates Electric harmless for any losses or damages associated with failure of stand-by power / generator operation or any associated equipment.

Service Terms. Schedules follow Generac specifications based on time elapsed or generator run-hours, whichever comes first. Full terms, conditions, exclusions, and warranty information are provided separately in the full maintenance agreement document.
