Recurring Billing & Service Authorization. By checking the box below, customer authorizes Bates Electric, Inc. to charge the credit card on file at signup and automatically at each renewal — every 6 months for Semi-Annual plans, annually for Annual plans, at the amounts shown above. Customer also authorizes Bates Electric to perform and bill for any pre-authorized add-on services (above) when those services are actually performed. Plans renew automatically at the same rate unless cancelled — see our Terms of Service for cancellation details.

Hold Harmless. Customer holds Bates Electric harmless for any losses or damages associated with failure of stand-by power / generator operation or any associated equipment.

Service Terms. Schedules follow Generac specifications based on time elapsed or generator run-hours, whichever comes first. Full terms, conditions, exclusions, and warranty information are provided separately in the full maintenance agreement document.
